Pre-orders are just like any other purchase.

Pick the record you want to reserve, and head to checkout to pay up front for the record.

As soon as we get the record, typically a few days prior to the official release date, we'll send it your way with full tracking info and notifications.

Please note: Release dates in the vinyl world can be fluid and records are often delayed for various reasons. If your pre-order has been delayed, we'll notify you by email.

Unfortunately we do not offer split shipments at this point in time. We ship all items in an order at the same time.

We recommend doing any pre-order in a separate transaction. That way we can get the records that are out right now to you sooner.

You know what sucks? Ordering new vinyl and seeing that it's still "being prepared" days later.

When you order with us, your vinyl will ship out within 24 hours. We'll reach out to if you if there are any delays beyond that.

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking to monitor its journey from Greycat HQ to your doorstep.

You'll always know where your package is, giving you peace of mind and the power to plan accordingly.
